How to Shop on NexGen Gadgets
Four simple steps from browsing to delivery — and pay with M-PESA, no account needed.
1. Browse and add to cart
Browse our products from the All Products page or the category menu. Click Add to Cart to collect multiple items, or Buy Now to check out a single item instantly.
2. Go to checkout
Open your cart and click Proceed to Checkout. Enter your full name, your M-PESA phone number, and delivery location. You can also add notes, e.g. “Call before delivery”.
3. Approve the M-PESA prompt
Click Pay with M-PESA. An STK Push prompt is sent to your phone — enter your M-PESA PIN to approve. The money goes straight to our M-PESA till; you will receive a confirmation with an M-PESA receipt number.
4. Track your order
Once payment succeeds, use the Track Order page with your order number and phone number to see your order status. We will call you to arrange delivery.
Payment options
We accept M-PESA (STK Push) at checkout, cash on pickup at our Nairobi store, and bank transfers for corporate orders. All M-PESA payments are processed through a verified till number and you get an official M-PESA receipt instantly.

Prefer to collect? Visit Old Nation House, First Floor, Shop B16, Tom Mboya Street, Nairobi CBD. Orders paid online can be collected the same day between 9am and 6pm. Carrying your M-PESA receipt and order number speeds things up.
